Hudson Park in New Rochelle features a large covered bandshell and very long wood pavilion-style observation deck facing the water. Either could accommodate 10+ musicians while social distancing. No seating in the bandshell; copious bench seating in the pavilion. Park officially closes at dusk; looks unpoliced.
